The hotel was built in a true sustainable way : natural and noble materials have been used with felt, wood, fair trade wool blankets from Brazil, hand-made ceramic plates.

Heinrich Schneider, the creative Chef of the restaurant Terra is cooking of edible plants, collected from the surrounding pastures and has just obtained his second star in the 2017 Michelin Guide. It is not unusual for the chef to go to the mountains and collect wild grasses with his basket. His sister Gisela Schneider is wine waitress and has selected a European wine list, because she likes to feel the development of a wine, year after year.

They grew up there, a little below the Auener Hof, near the family business specialised in the timber trade. One day, they decided to open a gastronomic restaurant with a boutique hotel, at the end of the twisty road.

The Spa is overlooking the nature and delivers a hot stone massage, which lasts 90mn.
