Surrounded by a garden, this 18th century mansion includes two rooms in the main building, one of which has a balcony and a view of Bordeaux’s rooftops and the Palais Gallien. Next to the mansion is the former stable—decorated with a horse’s head—which has been transformed into three more rooms that open out on the garden. The interior décor is modern, colorful and minimalist, featuring furniture designed by the owners, oiled merbau flooring and smoked glass.
The effect is comfort combined with elegance. On the ground floor, guests can taste Bordeaux’s great wines and nibble on regional delicacies at the wine bar. Books are available for guest’s reading in the library.
