Breakfast and dinners are savored in the salon-library, which features a large fireplace and plethora of art books. The cuisine is organic and the recipes are designed to be in harmony with the seasons. Carol uses organic fruits and vegetables from her own garden for her delicious creations; guests often ask for the recipes at the end of their stay. Many stay in contact with the owners and return for another visit.
Don’t forget to visit the organic garden, which flourishes all year long. There is an outdoor pool with a view of the forest and horses grazing nearby—taste the sweetness of life in the Perche.
