The childhood dream of Karin and Sydney came true when they decided to move to the French Riviera: then, they quite naturally opened a bed-and-breakfast in a historic seigneurial cheep ben of the 17th Century, on the heights of Nice, in the midst of nature like paradise.
They did shopping for pieces of furnitures in the four corners of the earth: everyone staying here is unconcerned, immersed in Asian quietness, with the sound of the water cascading from vintage fountains.

Seigneurial cheep ben of the 17th Century built in dry-stone that have been classified at Historic Monuments, with a pigeon house and gargoyles in stone coming from Netherlands, ans lots of terraces to rest around the house Grand piano in the lobby at guest’s disposal
4 suites with large designer bathrooms (27 to 40m2) with a salon area, a chimney, radio, CD and DVD drives, books and magazine
A room in the « Tour du pigeonnier » can be rent together with a suite, to become a family suite
All the suites have a private chimney
Free Wifi in the rooms and the guesthouse
Bathroom with separated bath and shower, hair-dryer and amenities
Continental breakfast salty-sweet : French pastries, yoghurt, cereals, eggs, cheese, delicatessen, fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices, and a different surprise each morning (Dutch pancakes, Swedish specialties, waffles, English scones, French toast...).

Table d'hôtes (minimum 8 people) : home made cooking with local and seasonal products, twice a week (on reservation).
