This 18th-century castle, which was originally built by a lawyer from Dole, was bought by Catherine and Romuald Fassenet. They added a restaurant whose contemporary architecture blends beautifully with that of the chateau. The interiors were reinvented in a mix of antique floors and modern design. A true boutique hotel in a castle: guests can purchase the contemporary sculptures on display if one of them strikes his or her fancy.
Located on castle’s first and second floors, the rooms are filled with light and offer a breathtaking view: your gaze follows the lines of the gardens, towards the horizon and the Saône Valley.
