The Domaine de Carrière—an unusual bed and breakfast in the Lozère in the Languedoc region
The Domaine de Carrière, is an unusual and original bed and breakfast in the Lozère in the Midi-Pyrenées region.
A former hunting lodge whose original architecture dates from the 17th century, the Domaine de Carrière is a tranquil getaway in the town of Marvejols. Inside, the edifice has been restored and the décor plays on its history, adding touches of fantasy: plush armchairs face a portrait of the Buddha, a candle in the shape of an apple, a vase in primary colors, and a lamp resembling fireworks in the TV room. The guest rooms alternate between classic and contemporary design.
The Domaine de Carrière, a serene designer hideaway where life is sweet and filled with harmony.
