Nestled in an Art Déco building of the 20s in the center of Albi, Alchimy is a place where design meets the passion of Art de vivre: the restaurant -painted in white, with hints of blue and orange- is surmounted with a glass roof, to help guests to admire the façades and the sky. The rooms are painted smotth shades, contrasted by powerful touches of purple, carmine or green.
Laura has been worked at the Mandarin Oriental Paris and welcomes the guests with kindness and a refined sense of hospitality; her brother Nicolas, is in charge of the bar and the restaurant, after having managed a big restaurant in Australia for seven years.
