Ludovic & Caroline, a French-Irish love affair led to the renaissance of this 17th century bourgeois townhouse now boutique hotel. The Ligaro takes its name from those of the owners’ three children – Liam, Gabrielle and Rose Anna.
The interiors are a wonderful mix of the contemporary, original and luxurious.
Ludovic Merle, chef of Restaurant du Château, worked with several internationally renowned chefs from Manhatten to the Côte d’Azur before opening his own establishment, just 300 meters from the hotel. Today, the Restaurant du Château is listed in several guides – Gault Millau, Michelin and the Bottin Gourmand.
