The two of the wines from the hotel’s vineyard have been awarded the “AOC Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé” label, which designates one of France’s finest wines: Château Franc Mayne and Les Cèdres. The wine storage for the 7-hectare vineyard is in an underground gallery that was once part of a quarry; this area is open to visitors and wine tastings.
