The gourmet restaurant: La Licorne Royale, run by Christophe Poirier, young and talented chef who has worked in some of Paris’ most prestigious restaurants and has received the Young Talent award from Gault et Millau 2009. The restaurant’s historic décor includes letters from Napoleon Bonaparte and his generals.
